We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Power Service Supervisor

Location: Agbara, Ogun

Job Description

  • To ensure constant supply of compressed air to the plant and maintenance of all power service equipment and machines for effective production.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensures that power service equipment (HP compressors, air dryers, diesel generators, gas engines, and turbines) are properly maintained and available for use when required.
  • Creates a maintenance schedule and ensures that equipment is inspected on a regular basis.
  • Oversees the contractor in charge of the plant’s gas station.
  • Ensures availability of machine spares parts by placing orders timely.
  • Supervises various jobs being carried out by team members and organizes daily job schedules.
  • Liaises with the Technical Service Manager for daily administration of the department.
  • Ensure employees comply with relevant Quality Management System (QMS), food safety, Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) & Environmental Management System (EMS) policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5-7 years’ experience in bottle manufacturing plant
  • Good communication skills – oral and written
  • Leadership and time management skills
  • Use of Microsoft offices – MS Excel, MS Words and Power Point
  • Good report writing skills
  • Expert in turbine and compressor installation and maintenance

Job Title: Cashier

Location: Agbara, Ogun

Job Description

  • Ensure efficient cash float management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper security of cash prior to lodgment.
  • Prepare cheques for all duly authorized payment vouchers daily.
  • Maintenance of cheque registers for all Bank Payment Vouchers (BPVs).
  • Disburse cash for all approved petty cash vouchers.
  • Daily collection and issuance of receipts for proceeds from sales of scraps and other disposals.
  • Daily lodgment of all cash received.
  • Post daily all cash & bank payments vouchers and lodgments tellers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting or any other related field
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in related discipline
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Must have strong work ethics
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Excellent customer-service and people skills.

Job Title: Health & Safety Specialist, Crown

Location: Ogun

Job Description

  • To identify potential hazard points and ensure effective corrective actions are taken and ensure all employees are provided with safety wares and enforce their use as the job requires.
  • Ensure all incidents are investigated and reported within 24 hours of notification from the concerned departments and investigation report circulated to concerned department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, recommend, and execute safety policies, as well as accident prevention and control systems and programs, and ensure that they are implemented throughout the facility.
  • Ensure prompt and adequate reporting of accidents, near-misses, identification of unsafe acts and conditions with a view to addressing them and communicating the reports.
  • Interpret and evaluate factory compliance with applicable safety codes.
  • Review construction plans for new and existing factory structures to ensure compliance with fire, and safety codes.
  • Coordinates with departmental managers/supervisors to discuss safety precautions and requirements, recommendations, and code analysis.
  • Monitor safety inspection programs, evaluates program maintenance and determines priority of current hazard correction and recommends action to reduce risks; makes random visits with inspectors.
  • Advise, coordinate and provides technical guidance to factory employees regarding safety codes, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain relationship with regulatory agencies to remain current on changing standards and interpretations and to serve as contact person for plant.
  • To raise awareness of safety and protection procedures, develop and implement safety educational programs or activities.
  • Conduct investigations and statistical analysis to identify hazards and assess loss potential; writes findings report.
  • To ensure compliance with relevant Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) & Environmental Management Systems (EMS) policies and procedures.
  • Ensure required licenses or registrations are maintained as required by applicable legislations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Environmental Management and Protection or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Member of globally recognized professional associations such as Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) is added advantage
  • Good understanding of applicable local and international Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) laws and regulations.
  • Computer literacy, physical strength and ability to perform under emergency situations.
