Job Title: Technical Talent Management Specialist
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
- Flutterwave is in search of a Talent Management Specialist(s) whose core focus is on talent acquisition and retention in addition to supporting overall talent management initiatives.
- You will support in the implementation of talent management initiatives across the technical teams (engineering, design, product) as Flutterwave continues to grow and scale globally.
- You will be expected to work closely with the senior talent management specialist, other members of the people team and hiring managers to identify and implement ways to recruit, engage and retain the best talent globally.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing to offer negotiation for roles assigned
- Utilize a combination of unique sourcing techniques to identify and attract viable talent such as LinkedIn recruiter, Boolean searches, Employee Referrals, Niche Job Boards etc.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess cultural fits and provide feedback to the Hiring Team during the offer process
- Support implementation of retention strategies
- Leverage data to inform strategic decision making
- Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support Flutterwave’s growth plan
- Collaborate with our HRBPs, People Operations and Hiring Managers
- May work with senior peers on more complex requisitions for learning opportunities
- Act on behalf of; and perform any other duties that may be assigned by management
Minimum Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology and/or financial services
- Experience recruiting top talent worldwide for a myriad of roles
- Proven expertise in fostering strong relationships with business leaders
- Candidates should be able to perform multiple tasks and should have the ability to work & deliver under pressure
- Excellent client management, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating and presenting reports to executive management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Flutterwave is search of a Talent Management Analyst who will be responsible for various administrative tasks, handling full cycle recruitment for assigned clients and provide overall support to the Talent Management (TM) team.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking Systems and relevant social networks
- Responsible for scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Update the applicant tracking system
- Screen resumes and provide feedback to Talent Management Specialists and Head of Talent
- Perform administrative tasks dependent on the needs of the TM team
- Support with Onboarding activities including orientation
- Act on behalf of; and perform any other duties that may be assigned by management
Minimum Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience
- Candidates should be able to do multiple tasks and should have the ability to work & deliver under pressure
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data
