• Indigenes: N 14,000.00
• Non-Indigenes: N 16,000.00 These fees cover the registration fee (N5,000.00 for indigenes and N7,000.00 for non-indigenes), processing fee (N8,000.00), Nursing and Midwifery Committee fee (N500.00), and a customized file fee (N500.00).

Admission Requirements:

• Educational qualifications, including FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB certificates.
• Original and two photocopies of recent color passport photographs.
• Birth certificate or Age Declaration.
• Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
• Change of name documentation (if applicable).
