Venue and Registration:

The registration process will take place exclusively at the school’s main campus. Be sure to visit within the stipulated timeframe to secure your spot. Registration fees are as follows:

• Indigenes: N 14,000.00
• Non-Indigenes: N 16,000.00

Fees breakdown:

• Indigenes: N 5,000.00 (Registration) + N8,000.00 (Processing fee) + N500.00 (Nursing and Midwifery Committee) + N500.00 (Customized file)
• Non-Indigenes: N 7,000.00 (Registration) + N8,000.00 (Processing fee) + N500.00 (Nursing and Midwifery Committee) + N500.00 (Customized file)

Admission Requirements:

To be eligible, ensure you meet the following requirements:

• Original and two photocopies of recent passport photographs
• Educational Certificate (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB)
• Birth certificate or Age Declaration
• Certificate of Local Government of Origin
• Change of name documents if applicable

Age Limit:

Prospective students must be between 17 and 35 years old before obtaining the LUTH School of Nursing Admission Form. Have your age verification documents, such as a birth certificate or age declaration affidavit, ready during the application process.
