1. Visit the Official Portal: Access the FUHSI Post UTME Registration portal at www.fuhsi.edu.ng.
2. Payment: Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable sum of N2,000 (Two thousand naira) via the University’s portal. Payment can be made online using any acceptable debit card (Visa, Verve, and MasterCard) or by printing the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) slip and proceeding to any commercial banks listed on the portal.
3. Online Application: Complete the application form online, ensuring that all required fields are accurately filled.
4. Submission: After completing the form, submit it online. Make sure to keep a copy of the submitted form for your records.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the FUHSI Post UTME, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Made FUHSI their 1st Choice in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
• Attained a minimum UTME score of 180.

Required Documents:

Candidates are required to present the following original documents at the screening centers:

1. O’ level results
2. JAMB result/acknowledgment slip
3. A’ level results, diploma, or IJMB (as applicable)
4. O’ level certificate/statement of result(s)
5. 2 Passport Photographs
6. Indigene letter
7. Certificate of birth/declaration of age

Ensure these credentials are packed in a quarto-size envelope labeled with your name, department, and JAMB registration number.

FUHSI Post UTME Screening Date:

The screening date schedule for the FUHSI Post UTME will be communicated to all qualified candidates via their respective email addresses and phone numbers used during registration. It is crucial to provide valid contact information during registration.
